Last Walk

Last Sunday, I decided to take a bit of time to walk one last time in Prater before the craziness of school started again. It was very refreshing to walk and sit in such a green place.

Sometimes you even see something funny.

Good-bye Summer

I'm sad to see the sun go, but glad for the cooler weather.

Whirlwind Water Day

Whitney, being the swimmer she is, wanted to be near the water as much as possible for her birthday. We started with some paddle boating on the river.

Then reconvened to Ursula's...she has a house on the edge of an offshoot of the river.

Several hours in or near water...not bad.

Film Festival

Every summer Vienna builds a huge screen in front of their City Hall and shows concerts, ballets, and operas.

We began watching Swan Lake, but were sent scurrying home by the impending thunderstorm.
